Good afternoon, everyone! Holy Week is here! Wow! Lent is quickly fading away and Easter Triduum begins in a couple days! This week in 3rd grade Religion class we are doing an Easter Triduum mini-project. Students are asked to write/draw out a conversation they would have with a newly baptized person. It has been a creative way for them to think about the thousands of people around the world that come into the Catholic Church at the Easter Vigil every year! ***Once again, I HIGHLY recommend that you try to go to ALL of the Easter Triduum services! It is the BEST part of the year!**** Yesterday, our entire school prayed the Stations of the Cross. Our Extended 4k friends were SO excited to pray with the big kids with their very own booklets. This week they are taking home those prayer booklets AND a Divine Mercy image to hang up at home. How awesome that the Church has many free prayer resources to help us pray and reflect more effectively! Below is a photo of our afternoon 4k students before going into church yesterday! They are always so excited to pray! :) REMINDERS AND RESOURCES
Have a beautiful Holy Week! God bless, -Miss Corrie #TuesdayswithMissCorrie
